Duncan Mackay, Founder & CEO
A MobileSecure founder, Duncan Mackay brings rich expertise in best-of-breed enterprise system solutions. Formerly the President and CEO of !hey, a leader in CRM software for blue chip clients, Duncan has delivered robust solutions to companies such as American Airlines, HP, IBM, Marriott and Microsoft. Prior to !hey, he served as Executive VP for Operations at Nabnasset Corporation with customers that included Citibank, Swiss Bank, CIBC, John Hancock and Pacific Bell. Duncan has also served as VP of Marketing at Symbiotics and has held a distinguished list of senior marketing and sales positions at BBN Software and Wang. He holds B.S. and M.A. degrees in economics from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University, Boston.
Edward Flood, VP Sales
Edward Flood is a senior executive with over 15 years experience in creating, expanding and managing direct sales, channel sales and business development organizations with U.S. based technology firms. In addition to having expertise in international business affairs, including legal and contractual matters, securing joint ventures, and establishing new subsidiaries, he is highly skilled in start up and turnaround initiatives for national and international operations. Most recently, Edward founded SecurusNet, Inc., where he developed the concept for service offering, secured engineering and product development of third party services, and established channel partner agreements with medical imaging distributors. Under his leadership, the company secured $2M in funding before being sold within 4 years. Prior to this Edward held Senior Sales Executive roles at PCI Corporation, Intergenerational Planning, Lycos, InforMation Publishing, Switchboard, and Banyan Systems. Edward graduated from the University of Massachusetts- Amherst with his BA in Legal Studies.
Martin Lowrie, VP Business Development
Martin is responsible for leading the expansion of MobileSecure's business into the global Compliance and Security market, including developing and overseeing MobileSecure's distribution partners. He has over 15 years of experience in channel management, strategic marketing, sales and business development with high-technology companies. After a few years of combat experience as a fighter pilot in Africa, he moved into hi-tech where he developed wide-ranging experience with Prime Computer,and Computervision, and founded Adsmart (a CMGI company). Most recently he has provided strategic consulting and mergers and acquisition advisory consulting. Martin holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa.
Sean Wray, CISSP, Chief Security Officer
Sean brings 20+ years experience in countering electronic threats. He joined Kana Software (Silknet), a CRM software company where he led product security efforts and customer security integration. in 1997, Sean founded Wheeldon Integration, a Security consulting firm, providing security solution design and implementation for the Financial Sector. Previously, as a Principal Security Architect at Litton PRC, he led multiple security, network design and integration projects for classified military environments. Sean has been a sought after speaker for DoD and National Security conferences. Companies who have benefited from his expertise include Ford, Yahoo, PriceLine, Bank of America, Wachovia, JP Morgan, Chase, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CIGNA, GE, Schwab, Fidelity Investments, CVS Pharmacy, ARAMCO, and Pioneer Investments.

Scott Hilchey, Chairman
Scott Hilchey is one of MobileSecure's founders and an investor in the Company. A seasoned entrepreneur, he has held a variety of roles in successful ventures including Agency.com, Razorfish, Conduit Communications and Switchboard.com. With an eye toward the onslaught of powerful mobile devices in everyday life and a new era of information portability, he helped found MobileSecure to address the growing need to prevent information leakage and loss that can cripple individuals and business alike. With patent pending technology and an accomplished management team, MobileSecure is poised to dramatically improve how organizations Monitor, Track and Secure information held on their deployed fleets of remote and mobile devices.
Jean Hammond
Jean Hammond is a successful serial entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in the high-tech industry. She currently consults to and invests in early stage high tech start-ups. An active investor, she adds market research and product management staffing when needed to fully assess the opportunity. She founded Quarry Technologies with a team from the GTE Internetworking / BBN Technologies SuperRouter project and served as startup CEO and as a member of the Board of Directors. Jean co-founded AXON Networks, a developer of network management applications and following 3Coms acquisition of AXON, Jean was responsible for 3Com's WAN strategy. She earned a B.S. from Boston University and an M.S. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Rich Swier,
Rich Swier founded numerous successful companies. In 1994 Rich founded Sarasota Online, one of the first Internet Service Providers and Online City Guides in Florida. Sarasota Online was acquired by Comcast Cable (CMCSA) as the prelude to a national rollout of its cable-modem network. After Comcast, Rich founded Backsoft Corporation (an enterprise software company sold to Intech in 2001) and Highwall Technologies (wireless security company sold to MobileSecure in 2006). Rich holds a BS from the University of Florida in Mathematics and Computer Sciences. Rich currently serves on the board of Yokel and FastPitch Networking.
